Are you looking for effective and realistic, practical based training for Satellite, Aerial and Electronics engineers based in Central Scotland, then welcome to RMJ Development.
Over the last 20 years I have been actively involved in training and developing engineers using techniques designed to maximise their skills, competence and knowledge levels ensuring the best use of any precious "off job" development time. During this period I have developed a passion for transferring knolwedge and skills and am constantly looking for ways to enable learning in a practical and realistic fashion targetted at raising skills levels and therefore business efficiency.
This passion has been cultivated from a career in installation and service with several years of Field, Workshop, Training Delivery & Management experience.
This experience is now available to you through the recently formed RMJ Development based in Central Scotland. With training being delivered at your location or in the RMJ purpose built training room. This room has been designed to maximise the practical content of any course reinforcing the competence objectives and building confidence and experience in any new technique or skill.
